Working with others can be stressful – Take a weekend for yourself – Renew and awaken your potential

Heal thyself; working with others we need to renew ourselves. With mindfulness practice you can begin to align your personal and spiritual growth with your professional life. This synchronization ultimately brings a sense of ease, fulfillment, and joy back into your work as you reclaim your authentic healing presence.

This will be our second year offering this restorative and engaging weekend retreat.  Participants last  year came from many different sectors – holistic healthcare, social work and community service, municipal government, spirituality, business, mediation work, and nursing, to name a few.  Open to all, in this workshop you will experience:

  • Yoga, Qi Gong, Breath Awareness & Body scan relaxation

Mindfulness is paying attention, training to be present in the here and now, listening to your body, being kind and gentle with yourself, experiencing directly without judgment and living life fully whatever the stressors or challenges may be. Mindfulness cultivates transformation and healing.
