Join us for this powerful 8 week program of 2.5 hour classes meeting once a week. Learn and practice meditation, gentle yoga, breath awareness, deep relaxation, Qi Gong and how to integrate mindfulness into your life. Mindfulness is paying attention, in the here and now, listening to your body, being kind and gentle with yourself, experiencing without judgment and living life fully, whatever the stressors or challenges may be.
Price: $400
